Mark RedgraveMark Redgrave, Founder & CEO
Mark is a former Account Director at the multiple-award-winning advertising agency HHCL in London. A strategic brand, marketing and communication specialist, he led fully integrated campaigns for the likes of Mercedes Benz, Walt Disney, Energis and the iconic UK drinks brand, Tango. Mark joined the original Hapax Company as Marketing Director and co-founder in 2000. Since taking over as CEO in 2002, he has overseen international expansion, extending the IP base and attracting over 900 customers. A passionate believer in semantic web, Mark has extensive sales experience in this field.

 
Mike PetitMichael Petit, Co-founder & CIO
Mike has over thirty years of professional experience integrating the technology and marketing disciplines, at companies including Ogilvy Advertising and Scudder. A co-founder, Mike has served as CIO since the company started up. He is the inventor of the OpenAmplify service and has responsibility for all technology operations of the company. Mike is a graduate of Vassar College and resides in Annapolis, Maryland.

 
Angad PaulAngad Paul, Chairman & Founding Investor
The Hon. Angad Paul is Chief Executive of Caparo plc, a $1.5bn group specializing in the manufacture of steel, automotive and engineered products. Caparo has operations in USA, Middle East, Asia and Europe and employs some 5000 people. A graduate of MIT, Angad has more than doubled the group's turnover since his appointment in 2003. He is the major shareholder and director of a number of high-profile private companies including the British furniture maker, Established & Sons, and the UK-built Caparo T1 supercar.

 
Sanjay ParthasarathySanjay Parthasarathy, Non-Executive Director
During his 19 year career at Microsoft, Sanjay served as corporate vice president of the Developer and Platform Evangelism Group, responsible for platform strategy and evangelism of the Microsoft platform to developers, IT professionals, students, and partners. Prior to that, he was general manager of Worldwide Customer Systems, helping make Microsoft's website one of the top five websites in the world. Parthasarathy held the role of regional director of Microsoft’s South Asia Region in India before that having originally joined the company in 1990 as a product manager in the Window's multimedia group.
